At Touch of Grace Living Assistance Services LLC, it is our mission to improve the quality of life of our Care Recipients by providing high-quality services that exceed the home care industry while excelling in care and enhancing life. SERVICES

Live In Companion Care

Live In Companion Care services are provided on a 24 hour live in basis. Your Care Specialist lives in the home to provide you with the needed care necessary for you to remain safely in your home. The Live In Companion provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), grocery shopping, companion care, end of life care along with Hospice as the primary provider, transportation, errands, medication reminders, and light housekeeping services, mail sorting, light meal preparation, and more.

Transportation

Our Companion Care Specialist are available to provide transportation to all appointments, engagements, or to assist you in completing any errands that you may have. Our Companion Care Specialist may transport you in your vehicle or they will gladly use their personal vehicle.

Outpatient Surgery Care

Outpatient Surgery is surgery that sometimes requires you to have 24 hour care afterwards. Touch of Grace Living Assistance Services provides 24 hour care for all outpatient procedures. This includes driving you on your appointment day, waiting during your surgery, as well as providing 24 hour care for you if your surgeon requires that you have 24 hour care after your surgery. Companion Care

Our Care Specialist are available on a daily basis to provide professional services according to your request. Care Specialist provide care in the Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas. Services provided are Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), medication reminders, grocery shopping, light meal preparation, companion care services to include reading and accompanying you to dinner, memory care in the home or one on one memory care in facilities, respite care, end of life care with Hospice as the primary care provider and much more.

Remote Client Monitoring

Remote Client Monitoring is a service provided to high risk clients who need to be monitored closely for high blood pressure, diabetes, pulse oxygen level, and weight loss or gain on a daily basis by use of telemintoring devices. The client's readings or results are sent to a platform where it is monitored by nurses or medical assistants. The nurse or medical assistant will then report the critical readings to our agency, afterwards our nurse will make a visit to the clients home to perform a brief assessment for further medical advice from your doctor.

Hospice Support

Our Care Specialist are available to provide in home hospice support along with Hospice as the primary provider. Everyone deserves the peace that comes from our highly trained professional Care Specialist to ensure that your loved one is comfortable so everyone can focus on making the most of precious time together.

Cultural Awareness

Our Client Care Specialist know that Culture Awareness is built on the idea that we are all individuals, and our cultural, racial and spiritual backgrounds as well as sexual identity impact how we view homecare and support will be welcomed, effective and beneficial for our clients. Essentially creating a Care Plan that meets the unique needs of our clients and families in mind, helps our Care Specialist to deliver superior care, while making the homecare experience a positive one.

Well Check Visits

Well Check Visits are support visits that provide many day-to-day requirements of living. Family members appreciate this service that takes care of other various household tasks that are overlooked.

SPORTS INJURY CARE

Touch of Grace Living Assistance Services provides sports injury care as well. Our Care Specialist will provide personal care services such as bathing, feeding, grocery shopping, meal preparation, mail sorting, light housekeeping, companionship, pet care and other duties as outlined in the Care Recipients Plan of Care.

Worker's Compensation

Do you or a loved one have a work related injury? Touch of Grace Living Assistance Services provides support to those who are injured on the job.

Children and Adolescents

Touch of Grace Living Assistance Services provides personal care for children and adolescents who suffer from chronic illness and severe health conditions.

The Care Specialist/Live In Companion enables clients to stay in their home by monitoring and recording client condition, providing support and personal services to include assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), providing transportation, preparation of light meals, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, providing companionship, sorting mail, and more. We also offer a Career Ladder Program.
*Successfully completed a nurse aide program that is approved by the Virginia Board of Nursing

*Be certified as a nurse's aide within the state of Virginia.

*Completed successfully a program for general nursing which prepares for RN licensure.

*Must be capable of speaking, reading, and writing.

*Must pass a background clearance and drug screen

*Must successfully pass a pre-employment nurse aide skills test.

*Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and vehicle insurance.

After one year of employment, Care Specialist will receive one paid week of vacation the & the option to enroll in AFLAC.
