This includes driving you on your appointment day, waiting during your surgery, as well as providing 24 hour care for you if your surgeon requires that you have 24 hour care after your surgery. Remote Client Monitoring is a service provided to high risk clients who need to be monitored closely for high blood pressure, diabetes, pulse oxygen level, and weight loss or gain on a daily basis by use of telemintoring devices. The client's readings or results are sent to a platform where it is monitored by nurses or medical assistants. The nurse or medical assistant will then report the critical readings to our agency, afterwards our nurse will make a visit to the clients home to perform a brief assessment for further medical advice from your doctor.
