The Care Specialist/Live In Companion enables clients to stay in their home by monitoring and recording client condition, providing support and personal services to include assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), providing transportation, preparation of light meals, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, providing companionship, sorting mail, and more. We also offer a Career Ladder Program.
*Successfully completed a nurse aide program that is approved by the Virginia Board of Nursing

*Be certified as a nurse's aide within the state of Virginia.

*Completed successfully a program for general nursing which prepares for RN licensure.

*Must be capable of speaking, reading, and writing.

*Must pass a background clearance and drug screen

*Must successfully pass a pre-employment nurse aide skills test.

*Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and vehicle insurance.

Care Coordinator

The Care Coordinator works directly with the Care Specialist on weekends or as when needed. Responsible for incoming calls as well as scheduling issues and concerns. This is an on call position.

Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Administrator with the day to day operations of the business office. . This is a 30 hour a week position with company benefits after 90 days.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administrator with Onboarding
-Answer incoming calls
-Maintain and upkeep personnel files
-Maintain and upkeep client records
-Schedule of field staff on a weekly basis.
-Maintain supplies and reorder as needed.
-Attend morning meeting as scheduled
-Maintain Orientation Packets and Client Care Packets and Binders.
-Other duties as assigned by the Administrator

-The qualified candidate must be at least 21.
The qualified candidate must be professional, trustworthy, and a team player.
Must have at least one year experience in an office setting as well as some experience with Microsoft Office.
Must have a willingness to learn.
Must be able to arrive to work on time.
Must dress professional for an office setting.
Must be able to take initiative on day to day work duties.
The qualified candidate may also be a CNA, PCA, or NA.
